OX40 (SP195)

OX40, also known as CD134 or tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 4 (TNFRSF4), is a member of the TNFR-superfamily of receptors. It is expressed by subset of regulatory T cells. Its expression is dependent on the activation of the T cell. OX40 can enhance T survival and plays a critical role in the maintenance of an immune response.
