B7-H3/CD276 Monoclonal Antibody (Clone SP265)

B7-H3 (also known as CD276)  (Clone SP265) is a membrane protein that participates in the regulation of T-cellmediated immune response. B7-H3 can activate both acquired and innate immunity leading to natural killer cell and CD8 T-cell dependent killing of tumor cells. High levels of B7-H3 are seen in antigen presenting cells, some tumor cells, and tumor vasculature. It is the target of anticancer immunotherapy.
