ZytoLight ® SPEC FGF3,4,19/CEN 11 Dual Color Probe

The ZytoLight ® SPEC FGF3,4,19/CEN 11 Dual Color Probe is designed for the detection of amplifications of the chromosomal region harboring the genes FGF3, FGF4, and FGF19. The fibroblast growth factor encoding genes FGF3 (a.k.a. INT2), FGF4 (a.k.a. HSTF1, HST-1), and FGF19 are located in a cluster on 11q13.3, a locus that is amplified in multiple tumor types. Fibroblast growth factors and their receptors (FGFRs) regulate the growth, differentiation, and regeneration of a variety of tissues.
